Hart Edmonson

Hart Edmonson is a second year medical student at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington. Prior to medical school, Hart worked in the U.S. House of Representatives as Chief of Staff to Congressman Denny Heck (WA10) for five years. After leaving Capitol Hill in 2016, Hart served as the founding Administrative Director for the Brotman Baty Institute for Precision Medicine at the University of Washington.

Hart attended the University of Puget Sound, majoring in Politics and Government, and minoring in Chemistry. He received his Masters of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University.

In his free time, Hart enjoys playing classical piano. He is an avid hiker and camper with his partner and friends in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
