
Victoria Gordon, DO

Victoria Gordon, DO is a PGY-4 Emergency Medicine Medical Education Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine. She graduated from Kansas City University in 2022 after completing an Anatomy Fellowship year and being awarded the Thomas D. Thomas Award for Research and from her residency at University of Houston HHH Kingwood in 2025 after being awarded the SAEM Clerkship Directors Resident Teacher Award.
Participation in advocacy and service has been an integral part of her career in medicine. During her four years in the Resident and Fellow Section, she has served as a Section Delegate, on the Internal Operating Procedures Committee, and as the Committee on Medical Education. In addition to this, she had previously served on the Ambassador Program Steering Committee for two years with one being her term as the Medical Student Digital Fellow.
Service is a big part of Dr. Gordon’s career. She serves in Guatemala yearly with her medical school helping to provide care to the rural community and support the local physicians in continuing to provide high-quality care. She hopes to continue teaching in the future and plans to pursue fellowship after residency graduation.
Dr. Gordon currently resides in Houston with her partner, her plants and her two cats. In her free time, she enjoys being outside on the water, kayaking and swimming. She also enjoys traveling with her loved ones and cannot wait for her next trip!
