Victoria Gordon, DO

Resident Member, AMPAC Board of Directors

Victoria Gordon, DO is a PGY-1 Emergency Medicine Resident at the University of Houston HHH Kingwood program. She graduated from Kansas City University in 2022 after completing an Anatomy Fellowship year and being awarded the Thomas D. Thomas Award for Research.

Participation in advocacy and service has been an integral part of her career in medicine. During her five years in the Medical Student Section, she served as the chair for the Membership, Engagement, and Recruitment Committee; as a member of the Region 2 Executive Board, and on the Ambassador Program Steering Committee for two years with one being her term as the Medical Student Digital Fellow. In addition to serving on the Board for AMPAC, she is an incoming Resident and Fellow Section Delegate. 

Service is a big part of Dr. Gordon’s career. She serves in Guatemala yearly with her medical school helping to provide care to the rural community and support the local physicians in continuing to provide high-quality care. She hopes to continue teaching in the future and plans to pursue fellowship after residency graduation. 

Dr. Gordon currently resides in Houston with her plants and her two cats. In her free time, she enjoys being outside on the water, kayaking and swimming. She also enjoys traveling and discovering new cities and countries.
