Residents, Fellows, & Students
Involvement
AMPAC highly values resident physicians, fellows, and medical students. As the future of medicine, resident, fellow, and student involvement strengthens the voice of organized medicine and allows AMPAC to support federal candidates who understand the critical issues residents, fellows, and students face.
The interests of resident physicians and medical students are also represented on the AMPAC Board of Directors. The Board consists of ten physicians, one resident physician, and one medical student who all serve two-year terms. Learn more about resident and student AMPAC member involvement on the Board of Directors page.
Capitol Club Membership
Reduced Giving Levels for Residents, Fellows, & Students
The AMPAC Board of Directors established the Capitol Club to encourage and recognize yearly member support that exceeds the basic membership giving level.
Basic Membership
AMPAC’s basic membership level is $20 annually for resident physicians, fellows, medical students, and their spouses. At this level, an AMA member has added their support to thousands of their colleagues across the country. Members that exceed this membership giving level can join AMPAC’s Capitol Club program.
