Participation Competition

State delegations and AMA Councils are invited to compete for the prestigious AMPAC Leadership Cup! 

The AMPAC Leadership Cup Competition brings energy and recognition to the AMA’s House of Delegates and AMA Councils, challenging groups to achieve 100% participation and demonstrate leadership in advocacy. States compete within delegation size-based categories, while AMA Councils go head-to-head in their own division—all striving for 100% participation in AMPAC. Top performers are recognized with annual trophies and visibility throughout AMA meetings. This new initiative strengthens AMPAC’s efforts by amplifying engagement and recognizing leaders who making a meaningful difference in advancing the AMA’s priorities.

Please note: The Leadership Cup grouping includes not only state delegates, but also alternate delegates, as well as student and resident delegates and alternates. This aligns with how delegation participation is measured during AMA meetings when states are working toward 100% AMPAC participation. The only difference is that this initiative introduces a Leadership Cup trophy to recognize those efforts.
